Job Title Business Development Manager - Local Commerce Retail Onboarding 1 Year Experience Short Description WoowLocal is hiring a Business Development Manager with 1 year of experience to onboard retailers and promote our local delivery model across Tirunelveli Ideal for dynamic field-ready professionals who believe in local empowerment Location Tirunelveli Tamil Nadu Field Office Detailed We re building the future of retail shopping through WoowLocal A platform that connects nearby buyers and sellers with 15-minute delivery and in-store pickup We re looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to drive local shop onboarding field marketing and customer engagement campaigns This role is for those who thrive in the field love building relationships with local businesses and want to make a real impact on how cities shop Roles Responsibilities Identify and onboard local shops and vendors onto the WoowLocal platform Conduct product service demonstrations for sellers and customers Promote WoowLocal s value proposition to shop owners and local communities Develop and execute field marketing plans and sales promotions Maintain CRM records of leads contacts and visits Collaborate with the content and operations team for campaign execution Generate weekly reports on outreach leads and conversions Support onboarding and training for shop staff on the app Requirements Minimum 1 year of field sales or marketing experience FMCG eCommerce preferred Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English Willingness to travel within Tirunelveli city Proactive energetic and target-driven personality Smartphone proficiency and ability to explain tech products to local vendors Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have experience in Field Sales Language English Required Location Tirunelveli Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person
