This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 1800000 - Rs 2500000 ie INR 18-25 LPA Min Experience 8 years Location NOIDA JobType full-time We are looking for an accomplished and visionary leader to head Sales and Business Development for a portfolio of SaaS solutions including Compliance Contract Case and IPR Management This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution requiring a dynamic professional who can strengthen market positioning accelerate revenue growth and deliver sustainable business outcomes The position involves leading a high-performing sales team managing nationwide P L and continuously identifying opportunities in a competitive SaaS ecosystem Requirements Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth goals Drive B2B sales with a strong focus on enterprise acquisition and long-term client partnerships Establish SaaS solutions as market leaders through innovative sales and positioning strategies Continuously identify new business opportunities to expand the client base Deliver consistent Annual Recurring Revenue ARR growth and meet aggressive targets Oversee sales pipeline management ensure forecasting accuracy and optimize conversion rates Market Evaluation Competitive Analysis Monitor industry trends customer needs and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies Use insights to position products effectively and maintain a competitive edge Team P L Management Lead mentor and scale a high-performing sales and customer success team Manage nationwide P L ensuring profitable growth while maintaining operational efficiency Qualifications Experience Education B Tech B E MBA from a reputed institution Experience 8 years in sales with at least 3 years in SaaS enterprise software sales Proven record of driving ARR managing nationwide P L and closing enterprise deals Strong leadership skills with experience in scaling teams and building high-performance cultures Proactive competitive and thrives in fast-paced growth-driven environments Technically sound with strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities Excellent executive presence communication and stakeholder management skills Skills Sales Strategy Leadership SaaS Sales B2B Enterprise Sales P L Revenue Management Market Research Competitive Intelligence
