Job Location To operate from any one location Chennai Mumbai Ahmedabad Delhi Kolkatta The purpose of this job is to ensure that established Inspection procedures QAPs implemented and maintained at Manufacturer s locations ensure timely inspections with the by engaging quality engineers TPIKey Result Areas KRAs 1 QAP Procedure implementation maintenance2 Awareness creation among Project Stakeholders on the importance quality requirement adherance3 Competance development by ensuring right qualification for right job in different processes and activities4 Dealing with Non conformity non compliance in works ensuring necessary corrective actionsSecondary Result Areas1 Conducting cross region Audits at Vendor places ensuring effective compliances2 Subordinate TPI mangement3 Networking with Project Team Procurement design teams4 Supporting Project Quality Incharge Inspection Incharge NDT inchargeCross Functional Responsibilities1 Employee Engagement2 Adherence to Safety Policy3 Goal Setting and Appraisals4 Other Management InitiativesEducation - Preferred - Preferably with Welding Coating Inspector certifications CSWIP NACE etc NDT level certifications QMS auditor certication prefered ISO 9001 Knowledge - International and National Quality systems such as ISO 9001 Indepth knowledge of Quality requirements in EPC companySkills - Updating latest trends in manufacturing piping equipments welding etc Interpersonal skil to work with different stakholders Skill for reporting monitoring Project status in computer softwarePrevious Industry Experience - EPC Construction Projects preferably in NPCIL
