Store Leadership Opportunity

\

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Store Incharge.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Overall store management including stock management, sales, and customer service\
  • Implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity\
  • Managing and motivating store staff to achieve business objectives\
  • Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty\
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations\
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for growth and improvement\
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses to optimize profit margins\
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to store staff to enhance performance\
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures\
  • Collaborating with the regional management team to align store goals with corporate objectives\
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity\
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue\
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders\
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner\
  • Communicating effectively with the store team, regional management, and other stakeholders\
  • Providing input into the development of new products and services\
  • Participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge\
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the regional manager\

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry\
  • 12th standard education or equivalent\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Strong leadership and management abilities\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Proficiency in English language reading and writing\
  • Knowledge of stationery items and packing processes\
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office\
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information\
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays\
  • Availability to participate in on-call duties and respond to emergencies\
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting\
