Position Overview:

We are seeking an Ethics Manager for a regional role based in India, reporting to the Global Ethics Manager located in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly review ethics and internal audit policies and procedures for multiple countries in South Asia and other regions to ensure they are up-to-date with changes in the internal and external environment.
  • Conduct internal audits for ethics and compliance, providing reports and corrective action plans for in-country adherence.
  • Manage internal and external investigations, analyze and evaluate findings to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and ensure follow-through on corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with Country and Regional Business Leads to understand market trends and incorporate their requirements into quality and compliance procedures, including risk mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver Ethics and Compliance training for various countries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in managing ethics investigations and audits across multiple countries in an MNC environment.
  • High level of integrity with strong awareness and proactive management of compliance and internal controls.
  • Ability to plan for risk mitigation and develop corrective action plans, ensuring follow-through.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders; excellent English language proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
