Job Title: Regional Quality Assurance Lead

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned professional to lead quality assurance efforts across multiple regions. As Regional Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality procedures at manufacturer locations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures (QAPs) to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections with support from quality engineers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create awareness among project stakeholders about the importance of quality requirements and adherence.
  • Develop competence by ensuring the right qualifications for the right roles in different processes and activities.

  • Conduct cross-region audits at vendor locations to ensure effective compliance.
  • Manage subordinate teams to achieve quality objectives.
  • Navigate complex relationships with project teams, procurement, and design teams.
  • Support project quality initiatives and inspection activities.
