Job Description Job Title: Business Development Executive Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and supporting the sales process to help grow our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 to 3 years of experience who want to build a career in software sales, especially in the HR tech space. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce our HRMS software solutions. Qualify inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Understand basic HR and payroll challenges faced by businesses and explain how our software can address them. Assist in scheduling product demos with senior sales team members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to follow up on campaigns and events. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Continuously learn about our product features, market trends, and competitors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2+years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career. Comfortable making cold calls and following up on leads. Basic understanding of HR/payroll concepts is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
