- Lead and manage international B2B business operations, with a primary focus on South East Asia - Handle and develop strong relationships with international distributors, ensuring achievement of business targets. - Take direct responsibility for driving sales, revenue growth, and market expansion. - Manage a diverse product portfolio including: - Pain Management - Cardiovascular (CVD) - Central Nervous System (CNS) Products - Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand distributor networks. - Develop and execute effective business strategies and commercial plans for the region. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements in international markets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to support business operations. Key Skills & Competencies - Strong background in international B2B sales and distribution management. - Proven experience handling South East Asia markets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English. - Strategic thinker with ability to take initiatives and drive results. - Willingness to travel extensively for business requirements. - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multicultural stakeholders. Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration, or related field. - MBA preferred.
