International Business Development Manager

Lead and manage international B2B business operations, with a primary focus on East Africa Handle and develop strong relationships with international distributors, ensuring achievement of business targets. Take direct responsibility for driving sales, revenue growth, and market expansion. Manage a diverse product portfolio including: Pain Management Cardiovascular (CVD) Central Nervous System (CNS) Products Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand distributor networks. Develop and execute effective business strategies and commercial plans for the region. Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements in international markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to support business operations. Key Skills & Competencies Strong background in international B2B sales and distribution management. Proven experience handling East Africa markets(Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Uganda) Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English. Strategic thinker with ability to take initiatives and drive results. Willingness to travel extensively for business requirements. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multicultural stakeholders. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration, or related field.
