Role: ServiceNow Architect Experience: 8 Years -12 Years Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad Key Responsibilities - Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow designs. - Define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, integration, and configuration. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators. - Drive platform upgrades, performance tuning, and roadmap planning. - Ensure compliance with security and governance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities. - Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Strong understanding of scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server configurations. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
