Servicenow Staff Solution Architect

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Solution Design**: Create technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, considering data models, workflows, UI/UX, and integrations
- ** Implementation**: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and development
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- ** Technical Expertise**: Possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules, functionalities, and best practices
- ** Documentation**: Produce and maintain detailed system documentation, including design specifications, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and deployment plans
- ** Testing**: Create and coordinate testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions
- ** Problem Solving**: Resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance to development teams
- ** Mentoring**: Mentor and support less experienced colleagues
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
- ** Performance Management**: Monitor instance performance and propose improvements
- ** HAM Pro Specific Tasks**:

- Develop and implement plans to improve the Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) process and methods
- Configure and manage stockrooms, asset health dashboards, and hardware asset mobile agents
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., Microsoft Intune) for asset management
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution to ensure operational success

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Certifications**:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (optional)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for HAM (CIS-HAM) (highly desirable)
- ** Skills**:

- Experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect with a focus on architectural and release governance
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules and functionalities
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including HAM Pro
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise environments with multiple integration points
- ** Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- 10+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years specifically with ServiceNow HAM Pro, including architecture of physical and virtual assets, stockrooms, asset health dashboards, and hardware asset mobile agents
