Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives. Drive lead generation, outbound calling, and prospect qualification. Build scripts, call guides, and outreach frameworks for the team. Train, mentor, and coach team members to achieve targets. Track daily, weekly, and monthly team performance metrics. Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales for seamless lead flow. Improve inside sales processes to enhance conversion rates. Prepare detailed performance reports for leadership review. Required Skills Strong team leadership and people-management skills. Proven ability to manage a sales team and achieve consistent results. Excellent communication skills and CRM proficiency. Solid understanding of B2B and SaaS sales cycles. High ownership, discipline, and a process-driven mindset. Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, with 1–2 years in a managerial role.
