International Travel Sales executive who can hold a conversation and collect data. Needs to be friendly and has a flair for rapport. Also should be smart and proactive.  Will be trained for 1 week and be a part of the elite travels.Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Lead Conversion Handle inbound travel enquiries via calls, emails, website, or social media platforms. Follow up on leads and convert potential clients into confirmed bookings. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable international travel packages, flights, hotels, tours, and insurance. Promote and upsell travel products, upgrades, and optional services. 2. Itinerary Planning and Customization Create customized international travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences and budgets. Provide accurate pricing, travel options, and destination recommendations. Coordinate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) for quotes, confirmations, and reservations. Ensure itineraries meet visa and documentation requirements for each destination. 3. Client Communication and Support Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to address queries before, during, and after the trip. Share travel documentation including vouchers, flight tickets, hotel confirmations, and visa checklists. Keep clients informed about travel advisories, entry requirements, and COVID-related guidelines where applicable. Handle last-minute changes or cancellations and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Booking and Ticketing Coordination Use GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) to check availability, book flights, and issue tickets. Coordinate with internal ticketing or operations teams for seamless processing of bookings. Ensure accuracy in fare calculation, ticket issuance, and booking conditions. 5. CRM and Reporting Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Prepare and submit sales reports, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback summaries. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
