Handle objections professionally and negotiate deals to mutual benefit. Draft sales proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients. Ensure timely payment collection and smooth onboarding of new customers. 5. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate sales records, lead databases, and customer information. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and market updates. Provide feedback to the management team to help improve products and services. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Core Skills Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 2. Personality Traits Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results. Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejections confidently. Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric thinking. Quick learner who can adapt to changing business environments. 3.
