Collect and update contact details of prospects in databases or CRM systems. Help qualify leads for sales conversion. Sales Support Support the sales team in preparing presentations, quotations, and proposals. Shadow sales executives during client meetings and calls to learn best practices. Participate in follow-up activities with clients via phone, email, or messages. Customer Interaction Handle basic queries from prospects under supervision. Build rapport with potential clients to support lead nurturing. Provide feedback from customers to improve sales strategies. Market Research & Analysis Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Study customer preferences and suggest improvements to sales pitches. Prepare reports on findings for the sales team. Target Support & Monitoring Work with senior executives to understand revenue targets. Track personal contributions toward meeting goals. Assist in monitoring progress of ongoing sales deals. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily or weekly sales activity logs. Prepare Excel sheets, CRM reports, or presentations for review. Document learning progress and performance improvements. Skills & Competencies Required Core Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts. Confidence in speaking with clients and prospects. Technical Skills Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM tools (an advantage but not mandatory). Ability to use online research tools and social media for prospecting. Personal Attributes Enthusiastic and eager to learn. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and new challenges.
