The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and coordinating product demos for our SaaS solutions. This role will act as a critical bridge between potential customers and the sales team, ensuring a smooth pre-sales process. Key Responsibilities ·         Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns, etc.). ·         Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points in the logistics and SaaS domain. ·         Schedule and coordinate product demos for the sales/technical team. ·         Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect details, interactions, and follow-ups. ·         Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead-generation campaigns. ·         Nurture leads through effective communication until they are sales-ready. ·         Track and report lead generation metrics and demo conversions.
