About the Role: Infinity India Travel Club Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting travel packages and services, and converting inquiries into sales over the phone. If you have strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel products and services. Identify customer needs and offer suitable travel solutions and promotions. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call details and status. Handle objections and answer questions in a professional manner to build customer trust. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions.Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer handover and service delivery. Job Requirements: Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass Experience: 0 – 2 years in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (Freshers welcome) Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Good persuasion and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working a 6-day week during regular day shifts.
