Job Description

About the Role

The Credit Cards Portfolio Lead is responsible for developing and initiating portfolio management strategy to drive increase

in billings, ANR and revenue across all card products. The Portfolio lead is also responsible for managing the customer life

cycle and for driving profitability of the portfolio of the retail credit card portfolio

Key Responsibilities

. Responsible for driving spends and activity on the retail credit card portfolio that meets the overall credit cards

business objectives of Axis Bank

. Develop and initiate portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card

products

. Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the Retail Credit Card Portfolio to identify profitable

products and segments

. Identify untapped growth segments and develop targeted offerings to increase level of engagement across all Card

products

. Conduct regular competitor analysis, identify and implement new products and services to drive interest and fee

revenues

Qualifications

. Post - Graduation

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

. Knowledge

Knowledge of relevant IT systems including NDS, Finacle etc

Knowledge of pricing financial products)

. Skills

(e.g Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills) . Abilities (e.g Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts)
