Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client financial needs, providing tailored financial advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and growing client portfolios, resolving client issues, and coordinating with internal teams. The Relationship Manager will also engage in client acquisition activities.

Qualifications

- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including Stock Market, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Loans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Noida
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using financial software and platforms
- A bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
