Job Description - Lead end-to-end procurement of lithium-ion cells, modules, BMS, battery packs, enclosures, chargers, power electronics, and raw materials. - Develop and manage supplier relationships across domestic and international markets (Asia, Europe, etc.). - Negotiate long-term supply contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules for strategic sourcing. - Oversee import/export logistics, customs compliance, and inventory management. - Implement digital tools for supply chain planning, tracking, and performance monitoring. - Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and finance teams to ensure alignment of procurement goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Head Procurement & SCM should have: - 15-20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally in energy storage, EV, or electronics manufacturing. - Strong technical understanding of lithium-ion battery components and supplier ecosystems. - Proven ability to manage international sourcing, logistics, and supplier performance. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. - Degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
