Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Cuttack. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, developing business proposals, conducting meetings with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. Qualifications - Market research and strategic analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to develop and execute business proposals - Experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
