Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Team Lead based in Hyderabad. The role includes a combination of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include overseeing the business development team, driving lead generation initiatives, Revenue generation, reaching targets, managing client relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities. The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in setting objectives, mentoring the team, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Analysis of market trends and strategizing for business growth are integral parts of this role. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions. - Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. - Should work under pressure and Reach given Sales Targets. - Relevant experience in Lead Generation, including developing strategies to acquire and engage potential clients. - Team Management and Team Leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and motivate a high-performing business development team. - Proficiency in relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. - Any Graduation Degree - Prior Experience of 4 months to 1.5 years in Edtech Industry. - Salary (Fixed + Performance Based) + Attractive Incentives
