Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals to meet targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Field Sales) to develop marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with our products/services offerings.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of Defence Sales industry dynamics.
Pervious experience with DRDO, DPSU's is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing or related field.
