Job Description:
The Team C is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in generating qualified leads, converting prospects into clients, and identifying new business opportunities across digital advertising, branding, and marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify business leads through various channels
- Convert leads into successful business deals with consistent follow-ups
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Present service offerings and customized solutions to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Maintain sales pipeline, proposals, and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to convert leads into clients effectively
- Experience in building new business and achieving revenue targets
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Ability to travel between Vijayawada & Hyderabad when required
