Trovex is an AI-powered sales training and conversation intelligence platform helping large enterprises build high-performing customer-facing teams. Our platform is already being adopted by leading BFSI players for onboarding, training, and post-call analysis through immersive AI simulations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Customer Success Executive to manage and grow relationships with our enterprise clients. You will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own post-sales customer lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, especially in BFSI and similar sectors
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans on the Trovex platform
- Proactively identify adoption challenges and work with internal teams to resolve them
- Drive product engagement through ongoing support, check-ins, and training sessions
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to communicate feature requests and feedback
- Build strong, trusted relationships to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
- Track customer success metrics (NPS, usage, adoption rates) and report regularly
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 23 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing in SaaS/enterprise tech
- Hands-on experience working with BFSI clients or other large enterprises is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and implementation cycles
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Empathetic, process-driven, and obsessed with delivering customer value
