Job Description:
Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Customer Success
Function : Sales
Reporting to: Cluster Head
Experience: 1-4 Yrs
Location: Pune
Qualification: Graduate
Role Description:
NowPurchase is seeking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship & Sales Executive to manage existing clients and bring in new business. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, staying in touch to ensure repeat orders, and understanding their changing needs. You will also be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and helping the company grow by meeting sales targets through well-planned strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
- Secure repeat orders by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service to existing clients.
- Conduct periodic client visits to strengthen relationships and understand evolving needs.
- Design, execute, and track sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and business goals.

- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and operations teams.

- Compensation: As per industry standards & pedigree of the candidate
- Group Medical Insurance: This is over and above compensation. 3 lakhs floater for the family including parents, spouse, children. Top Up option is also available upon personal request.
