You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. Key Responsibilities .Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, process flows, and release notes. .Ensure all documents follow established style guides, templates, and versioning standards. .Use Content Management Systems (CMS) and version control tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Git, Azure DevOps) to manage documentation lifecycle. .Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather inputs and validate technical details for accuracy and completeness. .Maintain documentation alignment with release cycles, ensuring timely updates and stakeholder reviews. .Support knowledge management initiatives by organizing and curating reusable content within internal repositories. .Conduct quality checks and peer reviews to ensure clarity, technical accuracy, and compliance. .Assist in maintaining traceability and audit readiness for documentation associated with AI and data products. .Continuously identify opportunities to improve authoring efficiency, structure, and discoverability of documentation.
