You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. Key Responsibilities .Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals, release notes, process guides, and system overviews. .Follow defined documentation standards, templates, and versioning practices to ensure consistency across content. .Manage document lifecycle using Content Management Systems (CMS) and version control tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Git, Azure DevOps). .Collaborate with product and engineering teams to collect inputs, validate content accuracy, and publish updated documentation aligned with release cycles. .Support knowledge management initiatives by organizing and tagging content within internal repositories. .Review and edit documents for technical accuracy, readability, and adherence to corporate style guidelines. .Assist in maintaining compliance and audit readiness of documentation for AI, data, and automation products. .Continuously identify opportunities to streamline document creation and improve discoverability through structured metadata and indexing. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. .Experience in technical writing, documentation management, or knowledge management. .Hands-on experience with CMS tools (e.g., Confluence, Document360, SharePoint) and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps). .Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. .Understanding of software development processes and familiarity with Agile environments.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills .Exposure to knowledge management systems (KMS) and document taxonomy structures. .Basic understanding of AI, analytics, or cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). .Certification in Technical Writing or Information Design preferred. .Strong attention to detail, organization, and collaborative communication skills.
