You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. Key Responsibilities .Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance. .Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. .Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations (M language) for analytics and reporting. .Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake (ADLS), SQL databases, and APIs. .Apply data visualization best practices to create insightful and user-friendly dashboards that tell a clear business story. .Support data validation and testing to ensure data consistency and reliability across reports. .Implement basic security and access controls, including role-based permissions and row-level security (RLS). .Assist in publishing, refreshing, and maintaining reports and datasets within Power BI Service / Workspaces. .Collaborate with senior team members to standardize metrics, templates, and report layouts across business units. .Document report logic, data sources, and transformations for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
