Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - TechOps and Cloud Engineer-Agentic AI

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

In this role, you will be responsible formaintaining and monitoring Azure-based cloud infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating closely with the development team to support smooth software releases. You will be expected to ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security while staying aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure on Azure.

Manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Collaborate with the software development team to support new software releases.

Keep up with industry trends and best practices.

Create and maintain internal documentation.

Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security.

Qualifications we seek in you 

Minimum Qualifications:

experience in Cloud Operations or a similar role.

Basic knowledge of Azure CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with container frameworks like Docker.

Understanding of infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or Prometheus.

Understanding of basic security practices and networking concepts.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Certifications in Azure or DevOps are a plus.

Familiarity with Agile frameworks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
