Inviting applications for the role of Manager, ML Ops Engineer - Agentic AI In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.Responsibilities .Deploy Machine Learning Models: Lead the deployment of machine learning models on Azure AI Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. .Monitor and Maintain Models: Implement monitoring solutions to track model performance and ensure reliability. Address any issues promptly to maintain high standards. .Cloud AI Infrastructure Management: Set up and manage cloud AI infrastructure to support scalable and efficient machine learning operations. .Utilize DevOps and MLOps Tools: Leverage DevOps and MLOps tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance collaboration across teams. .Python and ML Libraries: Utilize Python and various machine learning libraries to develop robust models and solutions. Leadership and Strategic Thinking: .Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of MLOps engineers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. .Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for MLOps practices aligned with Agentic AI%27s goals. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in machine learning operations. .Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in MLOps. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Proficiency in deploying machine learning models on Azure AI Cloud. .Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management, DevOps, MLOps tools, Python, and machine learning libraries. .Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills .Experience in AI/ML product development or MLOps practices in the AI domain. .Familiarity with Agile methodologies. .Certifications in Azure or related cloud technologies are a plus.
