With an expanding footprint across modern retail, distribution, and e-commerce, we are looking for a passionate and driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Mumbai region. Role Overview As a Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing dealer/distributor networks, and expanding Weber's presence across the Mumbai region. This role requires strong on-field experience, relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver sales targets while ensuring brand visibility. We also value candidates with marketing acumen who can support regional promotional strategies to strengthen brand positioning. Key Responsibilities - Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the region. - Manage and develop relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. - Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across channels. - Lead on-field sales activities including client visits, product demonstrations, and retail activations. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns, events, and brand promotions. - Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making. - Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates with management. - Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support in the region. Desired Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 58 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in premium consumer goods, lifestyle products, or appliances. - Strong network in retail, distribution, or modern trade channels. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai region (on-field role). - Marketing knowledge and ability to support promotional activities will be an added advantage.
