The company provides a wide range of fund and fee-based financial services under the Tata Capital brand, catering to the diverse needs of retail, corporate, and institutional customers. Services include Commercial Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Cleantech Finance, Wealth Management, Consumer Loans, and the distribution and marketing of Tata Cards. Tata Capital operates over 5 branches across key markets in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Vijayawada. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, reporting on sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales management and strategy development - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in market analysis and reporting - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Strong understanding of financial services and products - Relevant bachelor's degree; master's degree or additional certifications are a plus - Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
