Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, converting them into successful sales, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring timely payment collections. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Closure: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market visits. Proactively approach prospects, present products/services, and successfully close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Customer Engagement: Meet with existing customers on a regular basis to ensure consistent sales, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions to maintain long-term business relationships. - Payments & Reporting: Follow up with clients for timely payment collection and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Prepare and share regular sales reports with management to track performance and highlight opportunities or challenges. Requirements - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and lead management. Preferred Qualifications - Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Prior experience in Interior industry is an added advantage.
