Role Overview We're hiring a full-cycle outbound closer someone who can: - Find the right prospects - Break in with cold outreach - Run discovery & pitch - Close high-ticket B2B deals You'll work closely with founders and delivery leadership. Your goal is not to hand off your goal is to drive revenue end to end. Responsibilities - Own the full outbound sales cycle: prospect, connect, sell, close. - Execute cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn using proven scripts. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Conduct discovery, pitch, and proposal calls with mid-market & enterprise buyers (IT, Ops, Product, C-level). - Collaborate with internal technical/delivery team to ensure alignment. - Manage CRM hygiene, forecasting, and follow-up with precision. - Consistently hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Requirements - 2+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience (SDR AE, Outbound AE, or founder-led selling). - Proven track record of cold outbound success (calls, email, LI). - Comfortable engaging senior technical and business stakeholders. - Ability to run discovery, tailor solutions, and close consultative deals. - Strong communication and objection-handling skills. - Self-starter mindset thrives without micromanagement. - Experience selling tech services or software/outsourcing is a plus.
