Profile Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our firm with relevant knowledge and experience in the RealEstate industry. As an individual who will be a direct contributor to the company's growth. He/She would be responsible for catering to prospect client requirements to expand our business and clientele.He/she must be passionate about exploring new opportunities and strategies to expand the business and target relevant companies which will drive the growth of the company.In this role you will be completely responsible for the account of the client and will be the trusted representative from the company for the client. The role would require you to understand the end to end process from strategizing to close the deal with the client till the client occupies the office space.It would consist of various steps starting from understanding the requirement and projection of the client,discussing and negotiating the terms,discussing and finalising the design of the space along with the design team,introducing the client to the org structure and matrix involved.The role particularly involves patience and strategic techniques to solve any issues or challenges that come along and most importantly maintaining client relationships. KRA for the job role: - - Strong communication skills. - Understanding client psychology,analysing and building strategies around the same. - Collaborating with IPCs to be able to source potential clients through them. - Regular meetings with IPCs and understanding the market better to be able to explore better opportunities for the company. - Managing and overseeing day-to-day transactions. - Understating the client's need and the budget to pitch them the spaces accordingly. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Researching about the prospect clients and their respective companies which will help in understanding the true potential of the clients. - Understanding and reviewing the agreement process. - Building and maintaining long term relationships with clients, landlords, and the IPCs. - Updating the management and the and CRM with the relevant details related to the sales cycle
