Job Description Job Title: Onboarding Team Lead Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience: 10+ years CTC: Not a constraint for the right candidate We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Onboarding Team Lead to manage and streamline the onboarding process of freelance interview panels. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, ensuring smooth sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with panel members to deliver high-quality hiring solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters handling freelance interview panel sourcing. - Oversee end-to-end onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of panel members. - Utilize recruitment tools like Naukri and LinkedIn for effective sourcing. - Maintain high-quality standards aligned with client needs. - Build long-term relationships with panel members and address escalations promptly. - Collaborate with internal teams to achieve onboarding and client delivery goals. - Provide regular performance reports and ensure team targets are met. Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment or a related role. - Proven team management experience is mandatory. - Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills. - Experience in IT recruitment and freelance consultant management is a plus. - Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
