Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a GSA - Front Office position located in Anjuna. As a Guest Service Associate in the Front Office, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional duties include handling appointment scheduling, responding to phone calls, and maintaining front desk operations. You will play a crucial role in delivering prompt and courteous service to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong customer service and receptionist skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and ensure a welcoming environment. - Proficiency in phone etiquette and appointment scheduling to manage front desk communication effectively. - Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact with guests professionally and build positive relationships. - Organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. - A diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related fields is advantageous.
