Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Pernem. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating front office activities and resolving guest issues effectively. The Front Office Manager will also ensure smooth check-in, check-out processes, and accurate billing.
