The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities New Business Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and convert new clients in the mainline advertising space (TV, Print, Outdoor, Radio, etc.) as well as integrated campaigns. Pitch Leadership: Lead the entire pitch process — from brief understanding, proposal development, creative coordination, to final presentation and closure. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across marketing, brand, and procurement teams of prospective clients. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging brands to identify business opportunities. Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a business plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery. Brand Representation: Represent the agency at industry forums, networking events, and award functions to strengthen market visibility.
