Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to support the firm’s growth across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of professional services (accounting, audit, tax, advisory) and the ability to engage with key decision-makers, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue-generating opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across audit, tax, advisory, and consulting domains. • Work closely with internal teams and partners to design tailored solutions that address client needs. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, promoters, business owners, and corporate decision-makers. • Drive brand awareness through networking, events, webinars, digital outreach, and strategic alliances. • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine outreach and positioning strategies. • Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to execute go-to-market initiatives. • Maintain and update business development pipelines and reports. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales in professional services or B2B segments. • Knowledge of financial services, compliance, audit, or consulting industry is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strategic thinker with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
