Job Title: Content Creator / Social Media Manager Intern

Location: Indore & Ujjain (On-site/Field work; occasional local travel)

Internship / Full-time (talented freshers welcome)

About the Role Were seeking a creative, execution-focused Content Creator / Social Media Manager who can ideate, shoot, and edit short-form content (reels/shorts), manage daily posting, and run paid campaigns across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and own a weekly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (Shorts), and LinkedIn.

Ideate and produce reels/short videos: scripting, shooting, editing, voiceovers, and captions.

Collect raw content from the office/field, client sites, and events; maintain an organized media library.

Design quick creatives (posts/stories/thumbnails) using Canva or similar tools.

Handle end-to-end posting: copy, hashtags, tagging, scheduling, and cross-posting.

Run and optimize ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and optionally YouTube/LinkedIn; track budgets and results.

Engage with the community: respond to DMs/comments and manage queries professionally.

Track analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, CPR) and share weekly reports with insights.

Stay on top of trends, audio, and platform updates; suggest new content formats/collabs.

Coordinate with internal teams/clients for briefs, approvals, and on-time delivery.
