We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead and oversee our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines,
- social media, email, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and present insights to senior management.
