Job Role: Digital Marketer

Are you passionate about digital trends, content strategies, and lead generation? Athena Study Abroad is looking for a **creative and performance-driven Digital Marketer** to join our dynamic team in **Indore**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute result-oriented digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Generate high-quality leads for student counselling and visa services
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic reach
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content on social media platforms
- Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with the content and counselling teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
- Handle online reputation management (ORM) and respond to customer reviews/queries

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO, and social media strategies
- Experience in generating leads and increasing online visibility
- Good understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Ability to create and implement campaign strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus

Please Note:

- This is a **full-time on-site position** based at our Indore office
- **Remote or hybrid work is not available**
