Now, we’re looking for a creative and driven **Graphic Designer & Video Editor** to join our in-house marketing and production team.

Role Overview:
This is a dual creative role for someone who can think visually and execute stunning content across both graphics and video. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing teams to design brand visuals, promotional creatives, and engaging videos for ISDM and its digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
**Graphic Design**
- Design marketing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create banners, ads, brochures, posters, and classroom branding materials
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and campaigns

**Video Editing**
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Reels, YouTube, Ads, Testimonials
- Add transitions, animations, sound effects, and branding elements
- Work on video projects for internal marketing and student-related content

Software Required:

- **Adobe Photoshop** - for graphic design and social media creatives
- **Adobe Premiere Pro** - for video editing and basic motion graphics
- **Adobe Illustrator** (preferred) - for vector-based designs
- **Adobe After Effects** (preferred) - for advanced motion graphics and effects
- **Canva** (optional) - for quick design tasks and templated posts

Additional Requirements:

- Creativity and attention to detail is a must
- Strong sense of design, color, layout, and branding
- Must be able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in the digital marketing industry is a bonus
- Must submit a **portfolio** of both graphic and video work

Important Notes:

- This is a **full-time, on-site position** at our Indore campus
- **No remote or hybrid** work options available
