**Job Overview**:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will play a key role in educating and training individuals or groups in the latest digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques. Your expertise will help our participants develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs for diverse audiences, including beginners, intermediate learners, and professionals.
- Create training materials, presentations, and resources that effectively convey complex digital marketing concepts in an understandable manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and changes in the digital marketing industry to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions through various formats, including in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and online courses.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing training content and develop new modules based on industry demands.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to participants, addressing their questions and concerns during and after training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, creativity, and collaboration among participants.
- Assist in marketing and promoting training programs to attract a diverse range of participants, ensuring maximum enrollment.
- Network and build relationships with industry professionals, organizations, and partners to enhance the credibility and reach of the training programs.
- Contribute to the growth of the organization's digital marketing community by sharing insights, best practices, and success stories.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, either in a corporate or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in curriculum development, e-learning, or instructional design is a plus.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude towards participants, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

**Location**:This role is based Indore. Remote work options may be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
