**Job Title**:Marketing Trainer

**Salary**:25-30K

**Age**:25-35 yrs

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop Training Programs:

- Create, update, and customize marketing training programs based on the latest industry trends and organizational needs.
- Design curriculum, training materials, and resources for various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and more.

**2. Facilitate Training Sessions**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and virtually.
- Use a variety of training methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

**3. Stay Current with Industry Trends**:

- Keep track of the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to integrate relevant and upto-date content into training programs.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect industry changes and advancements.

**4. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts**:
**5. Evaluate Training Effectiveness**:

- Implement assessment tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.

**6. Provide Individual Coaching**:

- Offer personalized coaching and mentorship to marketing team members to support their professional development and growth.

**7. Support On boarding**:

- Contribute to the on boarding process for new marketing team members by providing foundational training on key marketing principles and strategies.

**8. Collaborate with HR and Management**:

- Partner with Human Resources and management to identify training needs, align programs with organizational goals, and support overall talent development initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the impact of training initiatives.
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and instructional design principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
