This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Pre-Sales role involves consulting with potential clients, analyzing their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, working closely with the sales team to convert leads, and offering exceptional customer service throughout the pre-sales phase.Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Interaction & Qualification Contact and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or CRM platforms. Understand the client’s property needs (budget, location, type, purpose – investment/end-use). Educate potential clients about available projects and shortlist suitable options. 2. Consulting & Need Analysis Conduct one-on-one consultations (via phone or in person) to guide clients through the buying journey. Ask the right questions to analyze preferences, lifestyle needs, and financial goals. Recommend property options that align with client expectations. 3. Market Research & Data Preparation Research real estate trends, projects, pricing, and competitors in the local market. Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming residential/commercial projects. Prepare pre-sales material including brochures, price lists, project comparisons, and FAQs. 4. Coordination with Sales Team Schedule site visits and virtual tours for qualified clients in coordination with field sales executives. Share lead status updates and maintain accurate records of client communication and progress. Work as a bridge between marketing-generated leads and the final sales team for smooth handover. 5. Reporting & CRM Management Log all interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel trackers. Generate weekly reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and client feedback.
