Shree Ganesh Builders & Developers is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be the voice of our company and the first point of contact for potential customers, helping us promote real estate projects and generate leads.Duties and Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Call potential customers from the company database, marketing campaign lists, and online leads. Identify prospective buyers interested in residential or commercial properties. Qualify leads based on their buying intent, budget, and location preferences. Promoting Real Estate Projects Provide detailed information about current and upcoming projects, including location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines. Highlight unique selling points (USPs) of the project to differentiate it from competitors. Share brochures, floor plans, and videos via email, WhatsApp, or other communication platforms. Customer Engagement & Query Handling Address customer questions related to property specifications, legal documents, and financing options. Maintain a polite, confident, and service-oriented tone during calls. Record customer feedback and forward complex queries to the sales or legal team for resolution. Scheduling and Coordination Book site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the on-site sales team. Follow up with clients post-visit to understand their decision status and address concerns. Maintain daily call logs and appointment schedules. Database Management Update CRM systems with customer details, conversation notes, and follow-up dates. Keep track of hot leads and ensure timely follow-up until closure. Sales Support Assist the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Share promotional offers or festive discounts with prospective buyers. Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing campaigns. Market Awareness Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and property prices in the target market. Provide input to the marketing team for improving lead quality. Compliance & Professional Standards Follow RERA guidelines and ensure accurate project-related information is communicated. Maintain a professional approach in all interactions to enhance the company’s brand image.Key Skills and Competencies1. Communication Skills Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages. Ability to explain complex real estate details in a simple, engaging manner. Active listening skills to understand customer needs. 2. Sales & Persuasion Skills Convincing abilities to influence property-buying decisions. Confidence in handling objections and converting hesitant customers. Knowledge of upselling and promoting higher-value properties. 3. Customer Service Orientation Friendly and approachable attitude while dealing with clients. Patience to handle long buying cycles in real estate. Willingness to assist customers through all stages of the purchase process. 4. Real Estate Knowledge Understanding of real estate terminology, project specifications, and legal documentation. Awareness of property financing options and home loan processes. Knowledge of local property market trends. 5. Time Management & Organization Ability to handle multiple follow-ups simultaneously. Efficient scheduling of site visits and client callbacks. Timely reporting of daily call activity to the sales manager. 6. Technical Skills Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp for Business. Ability to send brochures, links, and digital property walkthroughs to clients. 7. Persistence & Resilience Comfort with rejection and ability to maintain motivation. Consistent follow-up with warm leads until conversion. 8.
