Exciting opportunity for a Telecaller to join our company We're looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to make outbound calls, promote our projects, and generate leads. If you're a results-driven and enthusiastic team player, we'd love to hear from youKey Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling Make a specified number of daily outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using a provided calling list or CRM system. Explain the company's products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone. Answer questions about product specifications, pricing, or service features to generate interest or sales. 2. Lead Generation and Conversion Identify and qualify leads based on customer interest, buying potential, or eligibility criteria. Update the sales team with hot leads or customers requiring further assistance. Follow up on previous interactions or inquiries to convert leads into customers. 3. Customer Interaction and Relationship Management Build rapport with customers by maintaining a polite, professional, and friendly tone. Address customer concerns or objections tactfully and offer solutions or escalate to the appropriate department. Keep records of calls and customer responses for future reference or follow-ups. 4. Database and CRM Management Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or call management system accurately. Track call outcomes and schedule callbacks or appointments when necessary. Ensure the database is clean, updated, and segmented properly. 5. Feedback Collection and Reporting Gather customer feedback on products, services, or experiences to support quality improvement efforts. Submit daily/weekly reports on call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback to supervisors or managers. 6. Coordination with Teams Collaborate with the sales, marketing, or customer service teams to align messaging and understand campaigns.
